Three-Day Rehearsal Camp This Weekend, January 31st – February 2nd

We have a big weekend ahead of us as we work to lay down the rest of our drill and start working ensemble. Here is the schedule for the weekend:

Friday -
6:00 – 6:15 = Lay out floor
6:15 – 9:00 = Work on closer (music only)
Saturday -
9 – 9:30 = warmup/stretch
9:30 – 12 = Pit in sectional/Battery complete 2nd Movement drill
12 – 1:15 = lunch
1:15 – 3:00 = Pit in sectional/Battery begin closer drill
3 – 3:15 = Break
3:15 – 4:45 = Pit in sectional/Battery continue closer drill
4:45 – 5 = announcements & dismissal
Sunday (tentative) -
10 – 10:30 = stretch/warmup
10:30 – 11:15 = full drumline music ensemble
11:15 – 12 = Ensemble drill + music
12 – 1 = lunch
1 – ??? = Ensemble + drill

Full Weekend Rehearsal – Saturday and Sunday, January 11th and 12th

We look forward to seeing all of you this weekend for the first full weekend rehearsal camp of the season. Here is the schedule for Saturday’s 9 – 5 rehearsal:

9:00 – 9:30 = Set-up and stretch
9:30 – 11:00 = sub-sectionals
11:00 – 12:00 = Lunch
12:00 – 3:00 = Sub-sectionals to sectionals
3:00 – 3:20 = Break
3:20 – 4:45 = Ensemble
4:45 – 5:00 = Meet & Clear out of school
Sunday’s rehearsal will be from 12 – 5. The schedule is dependent upon progress in Saturday’s rehearsal.

Auditions Still Open for Sound United – 2 Days to Video Audition

If you are still looking to join us for the 2014 indoor season you still have time to audition! Since our final open house was cancelled due to weather today we are extending the audition period for two more days. You will need to video audition in order to be considered for the line. Join Us December 7th and 8th for the Final Open House of the 2014 Sound United Inaugural Season

Come on out to Stonewall Middle School and join us at our final open house. We will be setting the line this weekend, so make sure you don’t miss this great opportunity to join us in our inaugural season.

Make sure to take a good read through the packet. If you have any questions please ask.
